Passions
History
Ever since I took a Global Studies class in High School, I have been enamored with history. I love learning how our planet, societies and people have evolved and adapted over time, as well as the myriad factors which have led to conflict across the ages.
Video Games
I have been around video games for most of my life, starting with the original Xbox console. When I was younger, I always took for granted the amount of time, energy and people it takes to make a single game, but now that I have become more involved in the gaming world (my best friend is a game designer) I am able to appreciate and enjoy gaming so much more.

Outdoors and Exploring
My family have always been big on getting outside and enjoying Mother Nature. From the time I could walk, I have been going on hikes and camping in the wilderness. My uncle and his friend own some land near Leavenworth, WA, which they built a cabin on. Along the roughly two-mile trek up to the cabin (involving rope, curving ladders and mostly-washed-away bridges) there are a number of old mines which I have found fascinating to explore.
